Welcome to SnagQue. By using our mobile app and website, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptable use
You agree to use SnagQue only for lawful personal purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt the service, reverse-engineer proprietary components, scrape backend systems, or transmit malicious code or content that violates applicable laws.
2. Your content and license
You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights to any links, screenshots, notes, and text you save into SnagQue. By saving content, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license solely to host, store, process, and synchronize that content to provide the service to you.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must immediately notify us at support@snagque.com if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
4. Service availability
SnagQue is currently provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis during testing. While we work diligently to provide a reliable and uninterrupted experience, we make no guarantees that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted at all times.
5. AI assistance outputs
Features that provide optional AI help for dictionary entries and notes rely on automated language models. AI-generated text may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. You should verify important information independently.
6. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time via the in-app deletion button in Settings or through our Delete account page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or threaten system security.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnagQue and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill resulting from your access to or inability to use the service.
8. Governing law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of {{TODO_OWNER: jurisdiction / governing country/state}}, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
